Michael Gingerich and Tom Kaden believe that Listening is when the magic happens.  They are passionate about listening and have a vision and mission to bring compassionate listening to everyone’s home, workplace, and relationship.  As Co-Founders and Co-CEO’s of the nonprofit Someone To Tell It To, they and their team help the world to listen. They are authors, bloggers, podcasters, and speakers on the art and science of listening.  They believe that everyone has a voice, everyone matters, and we all need someone to tell it to.
